My husband Carlos and I were both born and raised in Maryville. We love Maryville and You Will Too!

We have 4 children, 15 fun loving grandkids and a great grandson. Family is so very important to me! I think that carries over into my occupation as a Realtor because I love to work with 1st time home buyers, young families, families that need a bigger home, and retirees. We farmed for 30 years and that experience has kept me in the loop of selling farms and meeting with investors.

I have been in sales 20 years with 15 of those in Real Estate. I am a FULL TIME 24-7 Realtor with your dreams as my goal. My slogan is "Service Beyond Expectation." and have earned the respect of my clients because I stay in contact with them.

I attended St. Patrick's grade school, Mount Alverno Academy and NWMSU. Having lived in Maryville all my life I have been active in the community serving on St. Gregory's Church Parish Council 5 years, 2 years that I served as Chairman and am active in the Parish Ministries; Volunteer at the Ministry Center and Feed the Hungry. As our children grew up I was active with the Boy Scouts, (2 of our sons received the Eagle Scout Award) PTO, and Co-Chaired CYO and was busy with school activities. At one time we had 4 children in 4 different schools.that was a busy year!

Whether you are buying or selling, give me a call
at 660-541-4871 or you may e-mail me at MaryL@priority1advantage.com and experience the advantage of working with a FULL TIME Realtor.

Having been born, raised and educated in Maryville I have a very good understanding of Maryville and the Northwest Missouri community. I am very happy to call Maryville my home. I graduated from high school, the home of the Spoofhounds and the 2009 football state champs!  I also graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, home of the Bearcats, & the 2009 National Football Champions!

My wife of 30 years and I have two sons, who I am proud to say are both Eagle Scouts. We owned and operated a retail business for 27 years until 2003 when we decided to try something different. I went into real estate and she went into banking.

I have been active with the Boy Scouts of America for the past 20 years, holding just about every position there is at the local and district level.  Currently I serve as the Advancement Chairman for the district which allows me to meet with and interview all the young men who are in the final phases of obtaining the Eagle Scout rank.  In 2008 I was award the Silver Beaver, which is the highest award a volunteer, can be awarded at the council level.

Another position I am currently heavily involved with is the baseball and softball assignor for Northwest Missouri Officials Association. I assign umpire crews for 22 high school baseball and softball teams. I also umpire myself and have been chosen to work state playoffs five times in the last 13 years. I also umpire NAIA and MIAA (Division 2) college baseball.

In my free time I enjoy hunting and fishing and an occasional round of golf.

One thing you will discover when working with me is that I don’t believe in being pushy or high pressured.  I feel my job is to show my clients as many properties as it takes to find their dream home and then be with them every step of the way during the buying and selling process. Hopefully along the way we can all have fun and enjoy the experience!!
